$34 a quart Valspar defense one coat exterior PAINT + PRIMER isn't PAINT or PRIMER according to the joke of a manager Candice and story changing James in the paint department even though the can says PAINT + PRIMER. And the name of the product literally has the words PAINT + PRIMER in it. I bought $45 worth of 2x4s and the most expensive white PAINT + PRIMER lowes had to offer, $34 Valspar defense one coat exterior PAINT + PRIMER, because I wanted them to be sealed from the elements. Well the PAINT + PRIMER didn't stick to the wood at all. Just simply scratching the wood lightly with my finger nail removed the paint. So I brought it back to lowes and told them that their $34 paint sucks and because it didn't stick to the 2x4s they're junk now to so your $34 top quality paint just cost me $79. The customer service lady calls the paint guy James who comes and tells me that it didnt stick because I needed to seal the wood with a primer before using the PAINT + PRIMER, because that makes sense. But then he changes the reason it didn't stick to it didn't stick because the can I bought that says PAINT + PRIMER is in fact not PAINT + PRIMER and that this is my fault for thinking a can that says PAINT + PRIMER is actually PAINT + PRIMER and that I should have asked for help. Not only did he say it's not PAINT + PRIMER, he said it's not white either, which completely blew my mind considering theres runoff on the side of the can from when we painted clearly showing its bright white paint. After realizing he's not gonna get me to just accept these made up ridiculous delusional excuses he says he'll get a manager. Well once Candice shows up it's obvious he told her these asinine reasons and her having maybe 3 brain cells thinks this is in fact true and tells us that she, who is representing lowes, is not going to stand behind their product and will not refund us for the junk PAINT + PRIMER or the 2x4s that were ruined by said junk PAINT + PRIMER. And she says it's not white either. Where do yall find these people? Great way to lose a customer over $79, not that they care. I guess I'll just file a dispute with my credit card and get the money that way. Most definitely cutting my lowes credit cards after this.
Edit- I forgot another great part. Candace also tried telling me I used the wrong wood, cause I guess you can't paint 2x4s, lol like whaaaat? I guess the dimensions of the wood effects the paint adhesion. My brain hurts after dealing with these people.
Many products shown online on the Lowe's website as being in-stock at the store are not actually available in the store. The store is a disorganized mess. Item locations in the store either don't match what's shown on the website or the locations are just completely missing online. It took forever to find and flag down employees to help, only to be told they did not have the items despite the Lowe's website showing multiples of the items as being in-stock at the store.
I was disappointed they didn't have a lot of greenery every year. I get Garland from the outside garden area in the area and in associates said they just didn't get a lot this year and what they do have looks pretty sickly.

The restroom or bathroom is awful. Everything is broken. The toilet sets and the toilet paper dispensers are broken. The restroom needs dire repair.
